Complete climate solution for new Logicor Lelystad building
New warehouses with sustainable HVAC solution
Three impressive warehouses were recently completed in Lelystad for Logicor, one of the largest owners and managers of logistics real estate in Europe.
The buildings were constructed by Loohuis Installatiegroep B.V., which engaged Mark Climate Technology to supply the climate control systems.
Our contribution
For this project, Mark Climate Technology supplied a complete climate solution consisting of:
- 3 air handling units suitable for ventilating the halls with a combined volume of 40,000 m³.
- 24 Mistral MDX heat pump units for energy-efficient heating and cooling.
- Mark Ecofan recirculation fans for maximum utilization of the heat pumps.
This combination creates a sustainable and comfortable indoor climate in the new distribution halls.
Collaboration
The collaboration with Loohuis Installatiegroep was successful. In the following project video, Tom, who was the tender manager for the project at the time, explains why Mark and our solutions were chosen.

The installation and commissioning of the 24 MDX units was outsourced by Loohuis Installatiegroep to Emondt Multiclima / Emondt Koeltechniek, to their great satisfaction.
Commissioning by Mark service department
The air handling units were commissioned by Mark Climate Technology’s service department. Mark’s service department has extensive experience in servicing and maintaining climate control equipment, but can also commission and assemble our air handling units. Our service department with STEK technicians is both Scios and VCA certified.
